Fitness is generally associated with body building sports in our country. Those who do not fully understand the meaning of the word think that it is a very different sport. In fact, fitness word does not fully meet these two concepts. Fitness contains meaning of being healthy, being in fit condition. Therefore, it accommodates a wide variety of sport branches for being healthy and fit. In sporting language, if we define the bodybuilding sport, we can say that it is the workouts to make all or some of the muscles in the human body work with or without tools. Physically, this sport type based on the empowerment of the body can be performed in different places and in different ways according to the preferences of the people. The exercise methods used in almost all sports can be easily seen during fitness exercises.

  

Spinning

Spinning is an effective and very entertaining cardio exercise that can be performed 2-3 times a week. It is one of the most popular exercises of the recent times and done with music in the form of group work. It is the focus of those who want fat burning and weight loss. Spinning exercises, which last for an average of 50 minutes, are performed in groups of at least 8-10 people, usually accompanied by a qualified instructor. Although it can be done individually, the energy of the  group work enhances the efficiency of these exercises. The loud music played during the exercise is a must for these exercises.

Pilates

Pilates Method or Pilates is a physical fitness system developed by Joseph Hubert Pilates (1880-1967) at the beginning of the twentieth century. Pilates is an exercise program that focuses on basic muscles that help keeping the body balanced and that are important in supporting the spine. Breathing exercise techniques are also included.

The goal in Pilates movements is to strengthen the center, extend the spine, increase body awareness, strengthen muscles and increase flexibility. Pilates is also an excellent rehabilitation method for the back, knee, hip, shoulder and chronic injuries.

Total Body

This is one of the most exhausting and entertaining group lessons. In Total Body lessons, which require serious efforts, minimum 5 people are needed. It is one of the cardio lessons that various fitness tools are used as a whole. Like many other fitness group courses, the main goal in the Total Body class is to accelerate calorie burning.

Which one of us does not complain about our abdominal region? Here is the magic way of making this region to look like we desire, the crunch exercises because Crunch training is a whole of exercises that aims at your abdominal muscles, not your abdominal fat, strengthening your abdominal muscles (ABS) and helping them to grow a bit. Through working your abdominal muscles, the skin, to which the muscles are attached, is tightened and a more firm appearance is obtained. The removal of fat in the abdominal region will be possible thanks to a strict discipline that is used together with diet and exercise.
